Reassurance Security Services Ltd commenced trading in 2007 gaining accounts in rapid succession from within the University sector and school security services and has seen consistent and significant growth since then.
We currently employ 50 security staff and emphasis is placed upon providing employment to trained personnel who are locally based to the client’s site. Company policy is to actively recruit and retain locally based employees.
We consistently invest in our staff which has been reflected in very low turnover. Continual training and positive feedback for high standards of operations has helped to develop a team that is competent, consistent, effective and efficient.
Continuity and stability has become central to our company culture and the size of the company and open door policy for communications help to make the staff feel they are integral to the organization and take pride in their work.
Universities in particular are set up with different departments working independently with their own budgets and requirements. Internal recommendations between these departments has resulted in Reassurance Security Services now managing libraries, redevelopment sites, halls of residence and car park management as part of their University portfolio.

We run a fleet of modern vehicles both signed and unsigned. Our mobile units are all well equipped and make random security patrols of client’s premises through the night and at week ends to ensure the security of all doors, gates and windows
The keyholding option provides a cost effective and reliable method for providing out of hours security, and we quickly respond in the instance of any disturbance. Where there has been a break in or disturbance, a complete report will be sent to the client within 24 hours. In the event of a false alarm, a straight forward alarm reset is carried out, with the premises secured on departure.
